I’m a business guy.  I love bringing together ideas and people to create something of value.  I’m a family guy.  My beautiful and brilliant wife inspires me.  My two amazing kids give me energy and a reason to laugh every day.  I’m a lucky guy.

Professionally, I’m a strong relationship builder.  Our company, Raybec Communications, helps companies define and execute their relationship strategies.  I lead Raybec’s operations, dividing my time between ensuring the success of existing client engagements and bringing compelling solutions to a growing base of new clients.

I’m an active member and Past President of the Toronto Chapter of the AMA and have also served as VP Membership of the chapter.

I spent more than a decade working in and with Fortune 500 companies, consulting to sales, service, and operations leaders across North America.  I also spent two years working in Tijuana, Mexico, where I was one of four operations leaders responsible for building, opening and operating a new green-field manufacturing facility.  I’m fluent in Spanish and have a Master’s degree in Strategic Human Resources from Cornell University and an Honours B.A. in Economics and Spanish from York University.
